BAl6-1.5 aluminum white copper is a structural copper-nickel alloy that can be strengthened by heat treatment, offering high strength and good elasticity.

BAl6-1.5 Chemical Composition:

Copper Cu: Balance

Nickel + Cobalt NiCo: 5.5～6.5

Lead Pb: ≤0.003

Aluminum Al: 1.2～1.8

Iron Fe: ≤0.50

Manganese Mn: ≤0.20

BAl6-1.5 is a structural copper-nickel alloy that can be strengthened by heat treatment, offering high strength and good elasticity. BAl6-1.5 Heat Treatment Specification: Casting temperature 1200～1250℃; Quenching temperature 900℃; Tempering temperature 500℃; Hot working temperature 850～900℃.
