Italy RISE (Rayser) nitrogen springs are custom-designed for the stamping mold manufacturing and vehicle development of Ferrari, Fiat, and other renowned European automobiles. The specifications of the nitrogen springs meet user requirements in terms of reliability, safety, and service life. To this end, the design, manufacturing, and testing of RISE nitrogen spring products are conducted in accordance with the new PED standards.
RISE is a specialized company in the design and production of (Rayser) nitrogen springs. The company passed ISO 9001 certification in 1993 and obtained ISO 9000:2000 and PED (97/23/EC) certification in 2002. Additionally, the company was the first in the world to manufacture nitrogen springs for cold stamping molds and remains a leader in this field.
Basic structural forms of the springs: RISE nitrogen spring products are divided into two major series—one is the plunger-type sealed series, and the other is the piston-type sealed series.
