Ruan's Chemical (Changshu) Co., Ltd. was established in the 1980s, primarily engaged in the production and operation of various chemical products. Since the late 20th century, the company has focused on developing production technologies for the resource utilization of waste materials. Through thirty years of relentless effort, it has invented advanced high-tech processes for waste utilization, holding multiple national patents in the field of waste resource recovery. Evolving from an ordinary chemical enterprise, it has grown into a key unit of considerable scale for waste disposal and utilization, boasting extensive experience, advanced technology, and strong capabilities.

In 2009, the company acquired "Jiashan De Chemical Co., Ltd." with total assets of 32 million RMB, and in the same year, it jointly invested 49.8 million USD with an American partner to establish "Ruan's Chemical (Changshu) Co., Ltd.".

Our Wujiang facility handles and utilizes 30,000 tons of HW22#, while the Zhejiang facility can process and utilize HW12, HW22, HW31, HW17, HW23, and HW46. The Changshu facility is currently under construction and is scheduled to commence operations in the second half of 2011. Upon completion, it will handle and utilize 170,000 tons of hazardous waste. The company primarily introduces American nanotechnology to produce ACO wood preservatives and WP fungicides from hazardous waste. Utilizing its self-invented national patent technology, it synthesizes the product "Ammonium Chloride" from waste liquids. By adopting solar energy application technology and multi-effect evaporators, it achieves energy savings, and employs membrane treatment technology to realize water resource regeneration.
