(2) Product Introduction: This product is mainly used for PA raw materials and PA modified engineering plastic injection molded products, making the product surface smooth, free of凹凸痕 (indentations or protrusions), improving issues of uneven shrinkage caused by cooling during injection molding, reducing shrinkage deformation, and enhancing dimensional stability. It is particularly effective for thick products.
(3) Application Features: Can be used with calcium carbonate to address issues that calcium carbonate alone cannot solve, such as increasing stiffness and preventing sink, warp, and deformation. Suitable for recycled PA materials.
(4) Adjust the dosage based on the thickness of the plastic product. The general addition amount is 0.1-0.4%, and it can be increased to around 0.5%.
(5) This product does not affect various physical properties of plastic products and has no impact on color. The surface remains smooth.
