Product Introduction: PE steel strip corrugated pipe, also known as steel strip reinforced polyethylene (PE) spiral pipe or PE steel strip pipe, and steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe (MRP), utilizes U-shaped steel strip composite PE material. This significantly enhances the ring stiffness of the pipe without increasing costs. Under the same quality conditions, it offers substantially higher strength compared to wound pipes and克拉 pipes. It can address a series of issues such as heavy loads, with advantages being more pronounced for large-diameter pipes. Currently, pipe diameters range from DN600mm to DN2200mm, with ring stiffness maintained at 8KN/m2 and above. They are stronger and have higher strength than cement pipes and other plastic pipes. The composite of each layer is performed in a molten plastic state, which is entirely different from the secondary melting formation of wound pipes (hollow wall pipes), resulting in complete bonding between layers and very high firmness. The steel strip surface undergoes special pre-treatment to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel and the adhesion between steel and plastic, improving peel strength. Formed by winding under fully molten plastic raw material conditions, the overall structure of the pipe is robust. Due to the use of special materials and processes, it addresses both the corrosion issue of the steel plate and the adhesion between the steel plate and PE material, ensuring the pipeline's service life is the same as that of pure plastic pipelines, guaranteed for over 50 years. It can be connected using electrofusion linking, heat-shrink band connections, internal and external extrusion welding, or a combination of various methods, ensuring firm connections. Proper connection can achieve zero leakage in the pipeline.

Scope of Application:

1. Municipal Engineering: Used for municipal underground drainage, sewage, rainwater collection, water transmission, ventilation, etc.

2. Electrical Cable Engineering: Serves as protective piping for power cables, optical cables, ventilation signal cables.

3. Industrial: Due to the excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion of polyethylene and polypropylene materials, double-wall corrugated pipes are widely used in farmland, orchards, tea plantations, and forest belt thermoelectric irrigation and drainage, saving 70% water and 13.9% electricity. They can also be used for rural water improvement and irrigation pipes.
