Principle of Medium-Pressure Sterilizer for Water Disinfection and Sterilization

The treated water enters the UV sterilizer chamber through the inlet. The ultraviolet light waves have cavitation, mixing, cracking, oxidation, push-flow, sterilization, and algae-killing effects on the water, achieving auxiliary sterilization and degradation of organic matter. The local shock waves generated cause turbulent flow in the treated water, ensuring more thorough and uniform contact between the water and ultraviolet light, resulting in more efficient sterilization. At the same time, the ultraviolet light waves, combined with strong ultraviolet C (UVC) at a wavelength of 253.7 nm, irradiate the water flow, achieving broad-spectrum sterilization and ensuring that the treated water achieves sterilization effects in a very short time.
