Product Description:  

l The full set includes protective clothing, chemical-resistant boots, protective gloves, etc. The back of the suit features a backpack for carrying positive-pressure firefighting air. It offers excellent flame retardancy, heat insulation, biochemical protection, barrier properties, and durability.

l

l Suit Style: Consists of two fully enclosed garments. The outer layer is an aluminized glass fiber heat-insulating protective suit with lightweight and soft fabric.

l Inner Layer: A fully enclosed, airtight chemical protective suit with a built-in self-contained breathing apparatus design. All seams feature double-layer heat-sealed tape welding structure, providing defense against various hazardous chemicals.

l Outer Layer: Made of aluminized materials such as glass fiber for heat insulation, it can resist over 95% of radiant heat and protect against radiant heat, environmental heat, contact heat, flash fire, explosion heat insulation, etc. It has excellent flame retardancy, heat insulation, and durability. Withstands 10,000 folds without delamination or cracking; after-flame time is less than 2 seconds, and damaged length is less than 10 cm.

l The inner layer is a fully enclosed airtight chemical protective suit made of a unique chemical-resistant material and modified PVC composite material, providing defense against various hazardous chemicals. It meets domestic and international standards, including XF770-2008 "Chemical Protective Clothing for Firefighters" and GB24540-2009 national standard. It protects against high-risk toxic gases and common chemical gases, with a protection time against mustard gas (liquid-vapor) exceeding 24 hours.

It has excellent chemical barrier properties, with a weight ≤340 g/m2. Physical performance: Abrasion resistance ≥ Grade 6; Flex resistance ≥ Grade 2;

Puncture resistance ≥ Grade 2; Trapezoidal tear strength ≥ Grade 6; Breaking strength ≥ Grade 4; Fabric and seam strength ≥ 640 N.

l Extra-wide face shield made of high-quality PVC soft screen coated with Teflon and chemical-resistant coating, providing clear vision and excellent chemical protection. The back of the suit has a backpack, dual exhaust valves, and can be equipped with positive-pressure firefighting air. The suit includes an additional internal waist belt.

l Two-layer glove system: The outer layer is cut-resistant and high-temperature resistant gloves, and the inner layer is composite membrane chemical-resistant gloves, providing high-level protection against chemicals and biological agents. The protective gloves are connected to the chemical suit via a dedicated connection device and meet overall airtightness requirements.

l Chemical protective boot performance: Sole puncture resistance: ≥1400 N; Electrical insulation of rubber boots: ≥5000 V, leakage current <3 mA; Acid penetration resistance: Impermeable; Alkali penetration resistance: Impermeable; Slip resistance: ≥15 degrees.
