Triple Quadrupole:

Quadrupole Ion Deflector (Q0) uses different voltages to guide ions to the Universal Cell (Q1), maximizing target ion sensitivity while reducing unwanted ions.

Quadrupole Universal Cell (Q1) offers collision or reaction modes, is equipped with three-way cell gas, and enables online mixing of cell gases. The quadrupole cell prevents interference from reaction byproducts on target analytes through dynamic bandwidth tuning.

Quadrupole Mass Analyzer (Q2, full-size, mass resolution <0.7 amu) functions as a mass filter, directing ions to the detector.

With OmniRing Technology, the second-generation triple cone interface provides flexibility to effectively handle various applications. Unlike other commercial ICP-MS systems, it enables three ion guidance modes as needed without requiring different inserts or lenses.

Proprietary Intelligent Electronic Dilution Technology (EDR) extends the linear dynamic range to 10^14, allowing the analysis of both high and low concentration analytes in a single run, thereby reducing repeats and protecting the detector.

Robust All-Matrix Introduction System (AMS) enables online gas dilution, improving efficiency and preventing contamination. It offers dilution factors up to 200x and supports samples with total dissolved solids up to 35%.
