IV. Production Process of Plastic-Coated Steel Pipes:
1. Steel pipe pretreatment: Cutting, rust removal, and dust cleaning to ensure a clean surface free of debris.
2. Sandblasting: Blasting the inner and outer walls to a specific roughness to enhance adhesion of the plastic coating.
3. Hot-dip plastic coating: Immersing the pretreated pipe into high-temperature molten plastic for full contact, forming a uniform plastic layer.
4. Cooling and solidification: Rapidly cooling the coated pipe to room temperature to solidify the plastic coating into a durable protective layer.
5. Outer wall spraying: Applying a spray coating to the outer wall to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
6. Defect repair: Manual repair of any flawed areas to ensure uniformity and completeness of the anti-corrosion coating.
