I. Characteristics of Volume Control Dampers

II. Structural Features of Volume Control Dampers

(2) The frame of the volume control damper is cold-rolled from 2mm galvanized sheet and then welded with CO2 gas protection, or processed and welded from ordinary Q235 plate; the blades are cold-rolled from 1mm galvanized sheet into a corrugated shape, with two pieces spot-welded and inserted into a square shaft, or cold-pressed from 2mm G235 steel sheet, with single pieces punched and inserted into a square shaft or welded to a round shaft.
