Fiberglass chopped strand mat is a non-alkali or medium-alkali non-woven fiberglass product made by chopping continuous glass fiber strands into 50mm lengths, randomly and uniformly distributing them, and combining them with powdered polyester binder (or emulsion binder). Fiberglass chopped strand mat features excellent resin compatibility (good permeability, easy bubble removal, low resin consumption), easy application (good uniformity, easy layering, good mold conformity), high wet strength retention, good light transmittance of laminated sheets, and low cost. It is suitable for hand lay-up molding of various FRP products such as panels, daylighting panels, hulls, bathtubs, cooling towers, corrosion-resistant materials, vehicles, etc., and is also suitable for continuous FRP sheet production lines.

Fiberglass mat made from "E" glass chopped strands bonded with emulsion binder is suitable for hand lay-up 

Used for reinforcing unsaturated polyester resins.

Storage Method 

Products should be stored in a dry and cool place. If not in use, do not open the packaging or tightly seal the package to avoid moisture.
