Compressed air exiting the compressor carries oil droplets of various sizes. Large oil droplets are easily separated by the oil-gas separator, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles) must be filtered through the micron-level glass fiber filter layer of the separator. We use the most advanced anti-corrosion and highly efficient ultrafine fiber coalescing material as the main filter body. The filter element system consists of a pre-filtration layer, an ultrafine fiber layer, a support layer, a filtration layer, and a gravity settling layer. This ensures that solid particles larger than 3μm in the compressor output air are completely filtered out, while extremely tiny oil-water vapor dissolved particles of approximately 0.01-1μm are coalesced into larger oil droplets as they pass through the filter element. These droplets accumulate at the bottom of the filter element and are siphoned back into the lubrication system via the oil return pipe located in the recess at the bottom of the filter element. As a result, the compressor discharges purer, oil-free compressed air.
