The VOCs catalyst uses honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and is manufactured through a special process to form a highly active component based on 1-2nm Pt-Pd, enhancing the dispersion of the active component on the carrier surface. On this basis, a high specific surface area material is coated to expand the specific surface area of the carrier and increase its adsorption capacity. Simultaneously, rare earth co-catalysts are added to achieve high oxygen storage, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. It is particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful waste gases containing organic compounds such as aromatics and alkanes, as well as carbon monoxide, emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing. The fundamental principle of purifying waste gases is catalytic combustion. The heat generated during the catalytic combustion process can be comprehensively utilized.
