VOC catalysts use honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and are manufactured through a special process to form 1-2 nm Pt-Pd-based high-activity components, enhancing the dispersion of active components on the carrier surface. On this basis, materials with expanded specific surface area are coated to increase the carrier's specific surface area and adsorption capacity. Additionally, rare earth co-catalysts are added to achieve high oxygen storage, high specific surface area, and high dispersion characteristics on the catalyst surface. They are particularly suitable for purifying toxic and harmful waste gases containing organic compounds such as aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, and carbon monoxide emitted by industries including chemical, food, machinery, instrumentation, household appliances, baking and spray painting, printing, and color steel manufacturing. The fundamental principle of purifying waste gases is catalytic combustion. The heat generated during the catalytic combustion process can be comprehensively utilized.
