Introduction to the Return Belt Water Cleaning System:
(1) Each conveyor must be equipped with a return belt cleaning device. The return belt cleaning device is configured with three cleaners: the first and second cleaner blades are made of tungsten carbide alloy composite material, and the third cleaner adopts a "sponge" type design.
(2) A DN25 stainless steel ball valve, a stainless steel filter (with a quick-release stainless steel filter cartridge), and an electromagnetic control valve are installed between the booster pump of the belt conveyor return belt cleaning equipment and the connected water tank (self-contained). The pipeline is made of DN25 stainless steel, with one bypass pipeline equipped with a stainless steel ball valve. A DN25 stainless steel ball valve and an electromagnetic control valve (connected to the main flushing water pipeline) are installed on the inlet pipeline of the water tank (self-contained). All nozzles are selected from high-quality imported brands, and the water tank is made of stainless steel with a capacity ≥ the total water consumption for 2 hours. The cleaning box flushing is controlled by an intermittent spraying program, with a default setting of spraying for 3 minutes at 5-minute intervals to conserve water usage.
(3) The cleaning box is equipped with three rows of scraper blades (if the effect is unsatisfactory, the seller shall unconditionally install additional ones). The first and second scraper blades are made of tungsten carbide alloy composite material, and the third adopts a "sponge" type cleaner. The installation position should facilitate inspection and maintenance, and the box must have an observation door for easy access while ensuring proper sealing to prevent air leakage, dust emission, or water leakage. All belt cleaning devices should feature automatic gap compensation and should not require regular manual adjustments. The service life of each cleaner should exceed 8,000 hours of continuous operation. The cleaning box drain outlet is vertically downward; where the height is insufficient, it passes through floor openings to the lower level. The drain pipe diameter is ≥219 mm to prevent clogging. The connection between the cleaning box drain outlet and the drain pipe uses a threaded union, supplied by the seller. The belt cleaning device comes with a local control box and connecting cables.

Wet Cleaning System: The belt is moistened through atomization to soften surface adhesions, followed by scraper blades to separate stubborn adhesions, and finally, the cleaner removes moisture and adhesions. During operation, the booster pump starts, the electromagnetic valve opens, the automatic engagement/disengagement device presses down on the belt, the spraying system activates, and after treatment by multiple cleaners, debris and impurities are discharged into the collection box and removed by a discharge screw.

The belt water flushing cleaning box mainly consists of an adjustment device, atomizing cleaner, belt pressing roller, tungsten carbide scraper cleaner, belt support roller, ceramic scraper cleaner, water removal cleaner (or high-pressure air knife for water removal), spring pre-tensioning mechanism, drain flushing pipe, wastewater collection box, integrated cleaning host, and other components.
