Taizhou Mountain Nickel-Based Self-Fluxing Alloy Powder

High-hardness nickel-chromium-boron-silicon alloy powder is the most widely used wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy powder, with a relatively low melting point. The powder melting temperature ranges from 950-1050°C. It exhibits excellent self-fluxing properties, wettability, and spray welding performance, commonly used for preventive protection and repair of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and particularly sliding wear-resistant components, such as wire drawing drums, cams, plungers, and conveyor rolls in steel rolling mills.
