Intelligent Oil-Water Separator and Sewage Lifting Integrated Equipment  The main material of the oil separation and lifting device is entirely made of food-grade 304 stainless steel.

When catering oil-containing sewage enters the fully automatic oil-water separator tank through the inlet pipe, the stainless steel debris separation box installed at the inlet automatically isolates coarse and large particulate debris. The sewage then passes through the perforated plate and inclined plate into the air flotation zone. In the air flotation zone, micro-bubbles generated by the micro-bubble generator, due to surface tension, break down most of the emulsified oil from the water during the upward floating process. Fine impurities and oil in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float to the surface, and are scraped by the automatic oil skimmer into the oil collection tank, then discharged outside the equipment through the oil pipe. The oil-free water after separation is discharged from the outlet pipe.

Intelligent Oil-Water Separator and Sewage Lifting Integrated Equipment  Selection Calculation Method: 

1. For externally operated restaurants such as hotels, calculate based on 0.16m3 per seat per meal, with an 8-hour operating day (each meal service lasts about 3 to 3.5 hours). 

For example: A hotel has 1000 dining seats and operates for 10 hours a day. The calculation is as follows: 

0.16m3/seat per meal × 1000 seats = 160m3/day 

160m3/day ÷ 8 hours = 20m3/hour 

20m3/hour × 1.5 safety factor = 30m3/hour (treatment capacity) 

2. For internal employee canteens, calculate based on 0.05m3 per person per meal, with an operating time of about 8 hours a day (each meal service lasts about 3 to 3.5 hours). 

For example: A canteen serves 1500 employees, providing three meals a day. The calculation is as follows:        

0.05m3/person per meal × 1500 people = 75m3/day        

75m3/day ÷ 8 hours = 9.375m3/hour        

9.375m3/hour × 1.5 safety factor = 14m3/hour (treatment capacity)
