The PCTGY oil-water separator is a product independently developed by our company. It is widely applicable in settings such as star-rated hotels, underground catering in large shopping malls, and hotels that require high precision in oil-water separation and excellent environmental performance. The equipment is equipped with a heating device and an air flotation device. Through its built-in visual intelligent control system, various functions can be configured, ensuring the efficiency and quality of oil-water separation.

This device is equipped with an advanced slag removal system and includes a slag collection bucket. During operation, residues can be discharged into the bucket via the slag discharge valve without affecting normal operation.

It enhances the collection of oil sludge and floating oil. Through the built-in valves, floating oil and oil sludge can be discharged, greatly facilitating daily maintenance.

This product is a new environmentally friendly device that can also be customized according to user requirements to meet the practical needs of different users, creating a better living environment for a wide range of customers.

Product Features

· Principle: Utilizes a two-stage separation process, first removing residues and then separating oils, ensuring more thorough separation of oil, water, scum, and sludge.

· Design: The tank features a fully enclosed structure, preventing odor leakage and ensuring excellent environmental performance. The direction of inlet and outlet, structure, and tank dimensions can be customized according to site conditions.

· Material: The tank, pipelines, and valves are made of 304 stainless steel, offering good corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

· Slag Removal System: Uses sedimentation and blocking principles to separate large residues and scum from wastewater without mechanical grilles. Residues can be discharged into the slag bucket via the slag discharge valve during maintenance, eliminating the need to open the cover for cleaning and preventing odor leakage.

· Oil-Water Separation: An effective separation space ensures sufficient time for wastewater separation, making oil-water separation more thorough. The enclosed structure includes reserved ventilation holes to prevent odor leakage.

· Heating Device: To ensure the separated substances remain in a fluid state, the device is equipped with a heating system and an automatic temperature sensor. Temperature settings can be adjusted via the control box, saving time, effort, and electricity while offering convenient operation.

· Air Flotation Device: Generates micro-bubbles inside the tank, forming oil-gas particles with oil droplets, increasing the density difference with water and improving oil-water separation efficiency.

· Oil Collection Device: Optional automatic oil collection function. When the oil level in the collection bucket reaches a set height, an audible and visual alarm is triggered, reducing maintenance frequency.

· Sludge Discharge: The conical structure at the bottom of the tank automatically accumulates sludge, which can be easily discharged into a sludge bucket via the sludge discharge valve, making maintenance convenient.

· Control System: Uses a PLC programmable controller to operate the device via programmed control. Equipped with alarm and operation indicator functions, the visual operation interface makes device operation more convenient. Remote monitoring signals can be reserved for integration into the equipment monitoring room.

· Operating Costs: The device is easy to operate and maintain, with a long service life and no vulnerable parts.
