An oil-water separator is a device categorized into two types: catering oil-water separators and industrial oil-water separators. Catering oil-water separators are used in the food and beverage industry to treat wastewater; due to environmental regulations, wastewater discharged from ship machinery into rivers, lakes, and oceans must be treated, requiring the use of industrial oil-water separators.
The equipment utilizes a self-developed fully PLC touch-screen intelligent control and online monitoring system, featuring a clear and user-friendly operation interface. Innovatively, it employs a three-stage dehydration + biological fermentation method to reduce system energy consumption. Through three-stage dehydration, residual solids are reduced by approximately 80% compared to the initial kitchen and food waste. No additional additives are required during equipment operation, significantly lowering operational difficulty and running costs, while all indicators of the fertilizer product meet national standards.
