When the water level reaches the set upper limit, the pump automatically starts to discharge water. When the water level falls below the set lower limit, the pump automatically stops. The two pumps alternate operation, serving as backups for each other. If one sewage pump fails, the device automatically switches to the other pump without interrupting operation, locks into single-pump operation, and alerts the user with an alarm indicating the fault type.
