The Exlift sewage elevator is a specialized underground sewage discharge device designed for low volumes of sewage and debris. It primarily consists of a PE material collection tank, cutting pump, check valve, exhaust port, sewage inlet and outlet, drain port, and an automatic coupling device. The operating principle is as follows:

1. Sewage containing impurities enters the device through the drainage pipeline via the sewage inlet and flows into the collection tank.

2. The collection tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the sewage level in the tank reaches the preset upper limit, the sewage pump is automatically activated to start, shredding the debris and discharging it along with the sewage through the sewage outlet to an outdoor septic tank or municipal sewage pipeline. When the liquid level drops to the preset lower limit, the sewage pump automatically stops operating. 

3. Periodically open the drain valve to prevent sedimentation in the collection tank.

4. The control box uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core control unit. Its industrial-grade high quality and reliability fully ensure system stability. The control program integrates years of water supply and drainage engineering design experience from our company. Based on signals collected by the liquid level detection device, it automatically controls two sewage pumps to operate alternately with optimized start times and running durations, maximizing system reliability and pump service life.
