The "Sewage Lifting Equipment" is an intelligent product developed by our company specifically for sewage lifting. It revolutionizes traditional lifting methods by integrating concepts such as "solid-liquid separation," "backwashing," and "intelligence" to design a series of intelligent sewage lifting devices.

"Solid-liquid separation" completely separates debris from sewage, including entangled materials and hard objects, ensuring a normal operating environment for the water pump, significantly extending its lifespan, and reducing maintenance frequency.

"Backwashing" utilizes the pressure of the water pump, calculated through a hydraulic model, to flush out debris retained in the solid-liquid separator and lift it into the municipal pipeline network. Simultaneously, a high-pressure water stream flushes the bottom of the tank, preventing any sludge from accumulating and ensuring it is also lifted into the municipal pipeline network.

"Integrated design" refers to the compact overall structure of the equipment, which eliminates the need for constructing a new sewage pit, saves space, and reduces investment costs.

"Intelligence" means it operates fully automatically, requiring no manual supervision or operation.

The automatic sewage ejector can be used to discharge wastewater from sanitary fixtures in basements and locations far from drainage stacks where gravity flow is not possible. It is also suitable for use in vessels, vehicles, and other scenarios with poor drainage conditions.

The sewage ejector features a unique design, consisting of two detachable parts. One part includes the water storage bag and the inlet/outlet pipes, which connect to the drainage pipes of sanitary fixtures and are generally fixed, requiring no disassembly during maintenance. The other part comprises the cutting pump and pressure control system, which can be easily detached for maintenance in case of mechanical failure.

This design avoids the hassle of disconnecting the water storage bag from all sanitary fixture pipelines.

When the sewage ejector is placed on the ground at the same elevation as the sanitary fixtures, it is suitable for toilets with rear drainage systems.

Usage Conditions:

1)???Lifting of ordinary domestic wastewater and toilet sewage. For newly constructed buildings, the pipelines must be cleaned of construction debris before use.

2)???The pH range of sewage and wastewater should be between 4 and 10.

3)???The temperature range of sewage and wastewater should be between 0°C and 40°C.

4)???For oily wastewater from restaurants and kitchens, as well as hair-containing wastewater from baths, oil separation and hair removal treatment must be performed before use.
