I. Fully Automatic Grease Interceptor, Catering Grease Separation Equipment, Fully Automatic Grease Separation and Lifting Equipment, Oil-Water Separator Components and Technical Requirements;

1. Tank: The tank is made of 304 stainless steel, specifications as per the attachment, with a thickness of 3mm. The top cover has an inspection port; the tank is equipped with an exhaust pipe and flange interface; the bottom of the tank has a drain pipe with a manual valve for draining sewage during maintenance and inspection; the tank can withstand the pressure generated by the corresponding sewage volume and is corrosion-resistant.

2. Solid-Liquid Separation Device: Made of 304 stainless steel, with a built-in separation cylinder and reinforced components at the bottom.

3. Three-in-One Safety Device: Made of 304 stainless steel, it functions for water inflow diversion and sewage reflux under special conditions. The inner wall is smooth without burrs; the top inlet is equipped with a filtration device, and the reflux pipe is fitted with a ventilation device.

4. Control Function Requirements: The heating device should have manual and automatic start/stop functions, and its operation mode should be based on water temperature (start when water temperature ≤15°C, stop when water temperature ≥30°C).

5. Solid-Liquid Separation Zone: Made of 304 stainless steel, with a built-in separation cylinder and reinforced components at the bottom. The grid spacing in the solid-liquid separation zone of the grease interceptor should not exceed 10mm, and the total gap area should not be less than the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe. Solid particles larger than 10mm are intercepted and discharged through the manual butterfly valve via the slag discharge port; particles smaller than 10mm and long fibers are cut, crushed, and settled in the primary grit chamber for discharge through the drain pipe; fine particles or sediments flowing into the oil-water separation zone with the water flow settle in the secondary grit chamber under gravity and are discharged through the drain pipe.

6. Oil-Water Separation Zone: Made of 304 stainless steel, the oil-water separation device adopts the natural floating separation method, ensuring reliability. Connecting Pipe: Made of 304 stainless steel, it connects the solid-liquid separation zone and the oil-water separation zone.

7. Floating Oil Collection Device: Made of 304 stainless steel, consisting of a conical hopper, an oil discharge pipe with a visible transparent section, and a sealed oil collection bucket, used to collect油脂 separated from wastewater.

8. Grit Chamber: Made of 304 stainless steel, it is a conical hopper for settling and collecting solid contaminants in wastewater, with the bottom connected to the drain pipe.

9. Tank: The tank plates of the grease interceptor are made of 304 stainless steel, complying with GB/T3280 standards; pipes connected to the tank, such as inlet, outlet, ventilation, drain, and connecting pipes, should be made of the same material as the tank. The transparent pipe on the oil discharge pipe of the grease interceptor should be made of organic glass, complying with the relevant provisions of GB/T 7134.

II. Fully Automatic Grease Interceptor, Catering Grease Separation Equipment, Fully Automatic Grease Separation and Lifting Equipment, Oil-Water Separator Packaging 

1. Before leaving the factory, the equipment must be dried, and any debris inside the tank must be cleaned.

2. All instruments and meters should be protected before packing.

3. Each unit should be equipped with a product manual, certificate of conformity, electrical control box schematic diagram, and a list of random accessories, sealed in a waterproof bag. The content of the product manual should comply with GB9969.1, and the certificate of conformity should comply with GB/T14436. 

4. The packaging box should be marked with: brand, manufacturer's name, contact address, phone number, and graphical symbols such as "Fragile," "This Side Up," "Keep Away from Sunlight," "Keep Dry," "Do Not Roll," and "Center of Gravity" as per GB/T 191. 

III. Transportation 

The grease interceptor should be securely fixed during transportation to avoid impact and damage; handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent impact and inversion. Transportation, packaging, and shipping marks should comply with GB/T 191.

IV. Fully Automatic Grease Interceptor, Catering Grease Separation Equipment, Fully Automatic Grease Separation and Lifting Equipment, Oil-Water Separator Installation Instructions:

(1) Install the equipment above ground on a level surface; 

(2) Secure the bottom of the equipment with expansion bolts and pressure plates at all four corners; 

(3) A gate valve and flexible connector must be installed at the equipment outlet to facilitate debugging and maintenance; 

(4) The equipment ventilation pipe should be connected to the outdoors or the building's ventilation system; 

(5) A drainage ditch should be provided next to the equipment for maintenance drainage and emergency drainage;
