Widely used in underground building locations such as villas, hotels, hospitals, subway stations, and commercial office buildings, covering industries including real estate, healthcare, catering, and transportation. It has resolved basement sewage discharge issues for over a thousand enterprises and projects.

Process Introduction:

① Provided as a complete system to customers. Users only need to connect the input, output pipelines, and exhaust port of the equipment to the reserved pipelines, connect the power cord, and the equipment can operate normally.

② The tank is made of PE engineering plastic, which is corrosion-resistant. The tank is sealed, preventing any odor from escaping.

③ The tank is divided into three zones based on the process: Zone A is the temporary storage area for debris, Zone B is the temporary storage area for sewage, and Zone C is the collection pool. Zone A and Zone B are separated by a filter, while Zone B and Zone C are separated by a partition plate.

④ The filter's function is to trap debris in Zone A while allowing sewage from Zone B to pass through the filter into Zone A. The partition plate completely separates Zone B and Zone C, but they can communicate through the pump flange.

⑤ Domestic sewage enters Zone A through the inlet, where debris is temporarily stored in Zone A after passing through the filter, while the sewage flows through the filter into Zone B. After temporary storage in Zone B, it enters Zone C through the pump flange. Zone C is the collection pool, equipped with a level detector. When the liquid level reaches a certain height, the sewage pump starts working, pressurizing the sewage from the collection pool and sending it to Zone B. The high-pressure water in Zone B passes through the filter into Zone A, creating a vortex of high-pressure water in Zone A. This high-pressure water closes the check valve at the inlet, lifts the debris in Zone A, and discharges it out of the tank through the outlet.

⑥ When the sewage pump is pumping, the water level in the collection tank decreases. When it drops to a certain level, the level detector sends a signal to the pump controller, and the pump stops working. At this point, the sewage elevator enters the next work cycle.

Features:

① Divided into three functional zones, each with a very clear purpose, ensuring high reliability of the equipment.

② Debris, suspended solids, and large particles entering from the inlet are only temporarily stored in Zone A and do not pass through the pump. Under the action of high-pressure water, they are directly lifted and discharged out of the tank, preventing debris from clogging the pump.

③ Sewage and debris are discharged from the pipeline in a swirling state, making the pipeline less prone to clogging.
