Product Overview

The double eccentric semi-ball valve adopts the principle of eccentric wedging. Through the transmission structure, it achieves the purposes of wedging, regulating, and closing. Utilizing an eccentric valve body, eccentric ball, and valve seat, the valve stem automatically centers along a common trajectory during rotation. The valve tightens progressively during the closing process, achieving excellent sealing. The ball and valve seat of the semi-ball valve completely separate, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the issue of constant wear between the traditional ball valve seat and the ball sealing surface. Non-metallic elastic materials are embedded in the metal seat, providing good protection for the metal surface of the valve seat.
