Uses: Preservative, antifungal agent. Rarely used alone; often mixed with isopropyl ester, butyl ester, etc., for use as an oil-in-water emulsifier. Solubility increases 2–3 times compared to pure butyl ester. Easily used in soy sauce.
Packaging: Packed in plastic bags, 1kg per bag, 20 bags per carton (cardboard box), or packed in plastic-lined fiber drums, net weight 25kg or 50kg per drum.
