Uses: Preservative, antifungal agent. Rarely used alone; often mixed with isopropyl ester, butyl ester, etc., as an oil-in-water emulsifier. Solubility is 2~3 times higher than that of pure butyl ester. Easily used in soy sauce.
Packaging: Packed in plastic bags, 1kg per bag, 20 bags per carton (cardboard box), or packed in plastic-lined fiber drums, net weight 25kg or 50kg per drum.
