Equipment Function Introduction:

Primarily used for the wiping process of electrolyte overflow around the liquid injection hole during the formation stage of entire trays. It employs a combination of lint-free cloth and DMC solvent to wipe and absorb the electrolyte in liquid state. The tray is transported into the equipment via a logistics line, followed by blocking and positioning of the entire tray. The wiping process is conducted in three steps: ① Dry wiping back and forth around the liquid injection hole, ② Rotational wet wiping of the liquid injection hole step, and ③ Dry wiping back and forth around the liquid injection hole again. When wiping the step of the liquid injection hole, a forward and reverse rotation method is used, while a back-and-forth motion is applied for wiping around the hole. During wet wiping, the DMC solvent is first used to moisten the lint-free cloth, which is then pressed onto the liquid injection hole for cleaning.
