Product Introduction: 
    The three-dimensional elastic filler selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefin and polyamide that are corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant. Mixed with additives such as hydrophilicity, adsorption, and heat-oxygen resistance, it uses a special wire drawing and filament manufacturing process to interweave and fix the filaments onto a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formulation, the filaments are arranged in a three-dimensional, uniform radial pattern, forming a suspended three-dimensional elastic filler unit. Within the effective area, the filler can fully expand in all directions, allowing gas, water, and biofilm to mix, penetrate, and exchange thoroughly. The biofilm not only uniformly adheres to each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity, but also achieves an increasingly large specific surface area during operation, enabling efficient metabolism. This characteristic and phenomenon are unmatched by other domestic fillers currently available.
Application: 
    Widely used as biological filler in biological contact oxidation tanks and hydrolysis acidification tanks.　
Performance Features: 
    Compared to rigid honeycomb fillers, the three-dimensional elastic filler offers greater porosity variability and does not clog. Compared to soft fillers, it has a longer material lifespan and does not adhere or clump. Compared to semi-soft fillers, it has a larger surface area, faster biofilm attachment, and lower cost. Therefore, this filler can be confirmed as the fourth-generation high-efficiency, energy-saving innovative filler following various rigid, soft, and semi-soft fillers.
