The hull is made of double-sided coated high-density PVC, with thickened high-density airtight fabric specifically for inflatable boats, featuring properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, puncture resistance, strong toughness, anti-cracking, UV resistance, and seawater corrosion resistance. The boat body is handmade, eliminating quality flaws caused by mechanical processing. The manual bonding seams of the hull use a four-layer overlap, making the seams tighter and more secure. The adhesive used is imported Korean polyurethane glue, which has strong bonding strength, anti-aging properties, hydrolysis resistance, and ensures long-lasting tight adhesion to prevent the possibility of coming apart after just a few years. A thickened anti-collision strip is added around the buoyancy tube to extend the inflatable boat's service life. The multi-independent air chamber design, with each chamber enlarged, allows for more gas storage, increasing the rubber boat's load-bearing capacity and thus enhancing its anti-capsize and impact resistance performance.
