The HC series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher uses a hydraulic system to adjust the mechanism. The moving cone uniformly swings back and forth around the centerline of the fixed cone. By replacing mechanical mechanisms with hydraulic systems, this equipment significantly reduces external mechanical devices compared to traditional spring cone crushers. It offers a higher degree of automation than conventional cone crushers and enables intelligent control.

Working Principle

The moving cone, together with the vertical shaft, is driven by the eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing is powered by the horizontal shaft and pulley through bevel gears. The pulley is driven by the motor via V-belts. The lower part of the vertical shaft is inserted into the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, the shaft traces a conical surface. As a result, when the moving cone approaches the stationary cone, the ore is crushed. The ore enters the crusher through the feed port and falls onto the distribution plate, which is mounted on the upper end of the vertical shaft. Due to the rotation of the vertical shaft, the distribution plate vibrates, evenly distributing the ore around the cone.
