The GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, factories, and mines, in AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V, and rated current from 1000A to 3150A distribution systems. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of lighting and distribution equipment.

      The GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed based on the principles of safety, economy, and rationality. The product features high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical schemes, convenient combination, strong series and practicality, and a novel structure. It can be used as an upgraded product for low-voltage complete switchgear.

Product Structure:

1. The cabinet body of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal cabinet form. The frame is partially welded and assembled from 8MF cold-formed steel, with frame parts and matching components supplied by the steel profile manufacturer. The precision and quality of the cabinet body, along with the modular design of universal cabinet parts, include 20-module mounting holes, offering high versatility. This enables factory pre-production, shortening the production cycle and improving work efficiency.

2. The GGD cabinet design fully considers heat dissipation during operation. The upper and lower ends of the cabinet have varying numbers of heat dissipation holes. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while cold air continuously enters through the lower slots, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivoting hinge, making installation and disassembly convenient. The folded edges of the door are embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip. When the door is closed, the strip has a certain compression stroke with the frame, preventing direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improving the door's protection level.

4. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire cabinet.

5. The cabinet's surface paint is made of polyester orange peel baking paint, which has strong adhesion. The entire cabinet has a matte tone, avoiding glare effects and creating a more comfortable visual environment for operators.

6. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on-site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for hoisting and transportation.

8. The GGD enclosure has a protection level of IP30, but it can also be customized between IP20 to IP40 based on user needs and environmental requirements.

Normal Operating Conditions:

1. The installation site altitude should not exceed 2000m;

2. The ambient temperature should not exceed +40°C or fall below -5°C, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35°C;

3. The indoor relative humidity should not exceed 90% (at a temperature of 25°C);

4. The location should be free of conductive dust and gases that corrode metals or damage insulation;

5. The location should be free of severe vibration and jolting, with a vertical inclination not exceeding 5°;
