1. Correctly select the grade. Electromagnetic pure iron is classified into (A), (E), and Super (C) based on magnetic performance levels. For higher magnetic performance requirements, order higher grades (E, C levels).

2. For the electromagnetic pure iron series, general electromagnetic performance is the acceptance criterion; chemical composition is not typically used for acceptance. If chemical composition is required by the customer, please specify in the purchase contract.

3. The electromagnetic performance of Shenglonghua's products is measured under magnetic annealing conditions using test samples, while delivery is in hot-rolled, hot-forged, or softened annealed state (for cold-rolled or cold-drawn materials). Therefore, after manufacturing parts, customers should anneal them to fully realize the material's potential magnetic properties. Magnetic annealing process: If the finished product contains carbon ≤0.007%, a simplified process of 850°C—3 hours can be used. When carbon content >0.007%, follow the process specified by the national standard (GB).

4. Generally, for goods that do not require processing, the delivery cycle is three working days. For goods that need processing, the delivery time will be determined separately based on the complexity of the drawings.
