Under vacuum conditions, the heat generated by the heating plate is delivered to the vacuum chamber through the exhaust port, instantly heating the low-viscosity composite film throughout, bonding it together to achieve the vacuum packaging effect. This type of packaging involves heating and softening the film before shrink-wrapping, so there is no risk of the film being punctured by sharp or hard items. This packaging method has zero breakage rate. There are two modes of this packaging: tray-based packaging can be used. This type of packaging enhances visual appeal and adds a three-dimensional effect.

1. Film roll support mechanism: A decoiling shaft is installed at the left end of the machine to support the plastic film roll.

2. Heating mechanism: An electric heating box is located at the top of the machine, using far-infrared quartz heaters as the heat source. It offers high thermal efficiency, uniform temperature, and heating time controlled by infrared technology.

3. Lifting mechanism: Powered by a micro motor, it drives the film clamp to lift and lower via chain transmission.

4. Electrical control mechanism: The machine is equipped with an independent control box, featuring a comprehensive set of functional switches and display instruments on the control panel for easy operation.
