It offers stability and strong isolation performance. This product does not corrode molds and does not affect the surface or quality of concrete. It forms a stable, smooth, high-strength isolation film on the surface 15 minutes after application. This film has a certain duration and excellent resistance to heat and rain washout. [Instructions for Use]

◎ Depending on the application, dilute with water 1 to 5 times. Customers can adjust according to actual conditions. Dilute with water to the desired concentration, then spray with a gun or apply evenly with a brush/cloth onto the mold.

◎ Apply or spray this product on the inner side of the formwork before installation. It separates easily from the concrete surface during demolding, improving concrete surface quality and increasing formwork reuse cycles. 3. Clean the formwork thoroughly before application; there should be no rust or concrete residue. ◎ Stir this product evenly, then spray or brush it onto the formwork before pouring concrete.

[Precautions]

◎ Stir the mold release agent evenly before use. Note: exposure to strong acids or alkalis may cause demulsification.

◎ Do not miss any areas during application. Prevent leakage and slipping during construction.

◎ Avoid application on rainy days, but once dried, it is rain-resistant. If rained on, reapply the mold release agent.

◎ For steel molds using mold release agent, if not used for a long time, apply multiple layers before storage to prevent rust during long-term placement.

[Packaging and Storage]

◎ Packaging: 25 kg and 50 kg plastic drums. Transport according to non-hazardous goods regulations.
◎ Store in sealed containers in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life at room temperature is one and a half years.
