I. Product Description and Uses:

This product is a water-based polyurethane dispersion polymerized from polytetrahydrofuran polyol, hydrogenated MDI grafted specific polymer, and flame-retardant active groups. The coating is uniform, soft, smooth, and glossy, with good elasticity and adhesion properties, high tensile mechanical strength; resistant to cold, solvents, washing, flexing, and water pressure; durable flame retardancy, highly efficient smoke suppression. Using water as the medium, it meets fire and flame retardant safety and environmental standards. The product can be used for flame-retardant coatings.

III. Usage Method:

SU571A is an aromatic emulsion; SU571B is an aliphatic emulsion. It can be applied using conventional coating processes such as knife coating, rotary screen, or roller coating, with the adhesive amount controlled by adjusting the gap between the knife or screen and the substrate. To enhance flame retardancy, flame retardants and related additives can be compounded. To improve wash fastness and adhesion, curing agents can be added. To enhance softness and smoothness, hand modifiers and slip agents can be compounded. Coating process: Substrate pretreatment → Coating → Drying → Finished product.

IV. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage:

Packaged in 50kg and 125kg plastic wide-mouth drums. Non-hazardous, transported as ordinary aqueous solution items. Store in a cool indoor place with a shelf life of 6 months.

The product can be used for flame-retardant coatings in textiles and other applications.
