I. Product Description:

This product is a water-based dispersion with a reticular molecular structure, synthesized through a multi-layer core-shell highly cross-linked chelation process using nanomaterials and hybridized with polysiloxane functional bodies. The coating film is full, smooth, bright, transparent, hard as glass, tough but not brittle, and bends without peeling. It offers excellent functions such as yellowing resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, high-temperature resistance, extreme cold resistance, and salt spray resistance. It has very good properties including waterproofing, fire resistance, moisture resistance, stain resistance, anti-blocking, antibacterial, abrasion resistance, self-cleaning, anti-static, heat resistance, radiation resistance, breathability, anti-flash rust, weather resistance, and UV resistance. It features outstanding compatibility, recoatability, stability, and durability. It adheres firmly to various substrates and can be applied in the field of high-quality functional coating materials requiring corrosion protection and high-temperature impact resistance.

III. Performance Characteristics:

◎ Water-based high-hardness wear-resistant resin, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, safe, and environmentally friendly.

IV. Main Applications:

◎ Used in high-temperature resistant paint, fire-resistant paint, high-hardness paint, heat-resistant industrial coatings, metallic paint, glass paint, ceramic paint, wood paint, waterproof paint, mildew-resistant paint, anti-rust paint, crystal coating paint, architectural coatings, photocatalytic inorganic coatings, moisture-proof breathable coatings, acid-resistant coatings, stain-resistant coatings, non-stick coatings, nano-ceramic coatings, tunnel and bridge coatings, reinforcement coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and anti-corrosion coatings to improve the density, hardness, scratch resistance, stain resistance, temperature resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance of the coating film in paint formulations.

◎ Used as an auxiliary film-forming substance for modifying organic and inorganic resins. Directly added to resins to improve surface hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, anti-aging, and other properties.

V. Usage Methods:
◎ Application methods: Spraying, rolling, brushing, dipping, flow coating, spraying, and troweling are all applicable.

◎ The resin can air-dry at room temperature or be heat-cured to form a film.

◎ The resin can be used alone or in combination as a clear coat. It can also be mixed with pigments, color pastes to create various effect coatings such as colored, pearlescent, negative ion, far-infrared, and antibacterial.

VI. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage:

Packaged in 5–125 kg plastic buckets. Non-hazardous, transported as ordinary aqueous solutions. Store in a cool indoor place with a shelf life of 5 months.
