I. Product Description:

This product is a cross-linked nanocomposite aqueous solution formed by free radical polymerization and hybridization of organic and inorganic materials. It appears colorless and transparent or milky white. It is non-toxic and harmless to humans, animals, plants, and the environment, making it safe and eco-friendly. By grafting low-surface-energy substances, the coating forms a water-repellent surface and a microscopic hydrophobic structure internally. It exhibits high self-cleaning properties, electrical insulation, wear and scratch resistance; excellent flexibility, temperature resistance, flame retardancy, durability, and weather resistance; superior film-forming ability, stability, and compatibility with pigments and fillers; outstanding adhesion, mechanical strength, and impact resistance. It can be applied to various substrates.

II. Main Applications:

◎ Mix the emulsion into soil or mud slurry. After drying, it forms a hard, hydrophobic, waterproof material that does not absorb water and is resistant to water immersion. It can be used for building roadbeds, constructing walls, building houses, creating fake cement roads, constructing hydrophobic parking lots, rural squares, farms, pastoral farms, ponds, reservoirs, landfills, etc. The product has a lifespan of over ten years, does not affect plant growth, and can be returned to farmland for replanting when no longer in use, contributing to a natural and original ecological landscape.

◎ Add the emulsion to coatings, paints, adhesives, gypsum, putty, or mortar and mix to create a hydrophobic and water-repellent mixture for preparing waterproof coatings.
◎ Used for waterproofing, anti-fouling, and anti-corrosion protection of various equipment, structures, and infrastructure.

◎ Apply to wood to create a hydrophobic and waterproof surface, resisting water and moisture intrusion, preventing deformation, cracking, biodegradation, and other phenomena.

◎ Used to prepare superhydrophobic and superoleophilic filter cloths with oil-water separation functions, as well as superhydrophobic textile fibers that are soft, breathable, and durable.

◎ Used to prepare superhydrophobic anti-fouling leather surface coatings that are hygienic, breathable, and dry-wipe resistant.

III. Usage Instructions:

Dilute with water or thicken with a thickening agent. Add corresponding additives based on different usage requirements. After preparing the slurry, apply by spraying, dipping, brushing, or rolling.

IV. Packaging, Transportation, and Storage:

Packaged in 5–125 kg plastic barrels. Non-hazardous goods, transported as ordinary aqueous solution items. Store indoors in a cool place. Shelf life: 6 months.
