Zeshang Construction introduces the Australian light steel villa structural system. The designed CAD architectural drawings are imported into the supporting structural software, which generates a light steel frame structural model from the drawings and parses it into structural diagrams. In these diagrams, the dimensions, shape, hole positions, and sizes of each light steel frame are detailed. Based on structural design requirements, the dimensions, lengths, and equipment perforations of the C-shaped steel are pre-processed. This approach enables 3D assembly without the need for processing or layout, completely eliminating cutting, drilling, and welding at the construction site. Screw holes are pre-drilled, allowing workers to assemble according to the drawings. This light steel system entirely eliminates secondary processing, avoids steel waste, and adheres to globally unified standards.
