We have independently developed X-ray intelligent sorting equipment, which is now available in mature forms and has been applied on-site across multiple mineral types. The X-ray intelligent sorting equipment is primarily used for pre-discarding waste from raw ore blocks. The technical principle involves processing raw ore with particle sizes of 15-90mm/50-250mm after primary/secondary crushing and before fine crushing/grinding. After identification of grade via "X-ray," low-grade waste rock and coarse stone are removed. Pre-discarding waste can significantly reduce the amount of ore entering fine crushing and grinding mills, lower mill power consumption, save electricity costs for grinding, improve the grade of ore entering flotation, reduce the dosage of flotation reagents, alleviate tailings storage pressure, and increase production per unit time (in some mines, discarded waste can directly yield by-products with economic value). It can fully replace manual hand sorting. This equipment can reduce the specifications of grinding mills, saving investment. The discarded waste rock and coarse stone can be used for sand and gravel aggregate or underground backfilling. Through pre-discarding waste and underground filling, zero tailings and zero emissions can be achieved, meeting the requirements of green mine construction. The processing capacity of this equipment ranges from 20 to 200 tons per hour, depending on the particle size of the raw ore, significantly reducing costs and increasing efficiency for mining enterprises.
