 Main Performance and Features

 1. Excellent wear resistance and long service life. The wear resistance is 3–5 times that of steel screen panels and more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber screen panels.

 2. Low maintenance workload. Polyurethane screen panels are not easily damaged and have a long service life, thereby significantly reducing maintenance requirements and losses from downtime for repairs.

 3. Low total cost. Although the initial investment for polyurethane screen panels of the same specification (area) is higher than that of stainless steel screen panels (approximately twice as much), the service life of polyurethane screen panels is 3–5 times that of stainless steel panels, with fewer maintenance and replacement needs, resulting in a lower total cost and high economic efficiency.

 4. Good moisture resistance. They can operate in water-based media. In the presence of water, oil, or other media, the friction coefficient between polyurethane and materials decreases, facilitating better screening, improving screening efficiency, and preventing the adhesion of damp particles. The reduced friction coefficient also minimizes wear and extends service life.

 5. Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, non-toxic, and odorless.

 6. Thanks to rational aperture design and unique manufacturing processes, particles at the size limit will not block the screen apertures.

 7. Excellent vibration absorption and noise reduction capabilities, reducing noise and minimizing breakage of materials on the screen during vibration.

 8. Due to the secondary vibration characteristics of polyurethane, the screen panels have a self-cleaning effect, resulting in high screening efficiency.

 9. Energy-saving and consumption-reducing. Polyurethane has a low specific gravity, making the screen panels much lighter than steel screens of the same size. This reduces the load on the screening machine, saves electricity, and extends the machine's service life.
