Demolding agent rubber offers excellent isolation properties, effectively preventing materials like concrete from adhering to the mold during demolding. It also ensures a smooth, bright concrete surface free of pores and bubbles, while extending the mold's lifespan. The application methods for demolding agent rubber include wiping, brushing, or spraying it onto the mold surface after dilution, followed by pouring the molten material into the mold.

The main chemical components of demolding agent rubber include methyl silicone oil, water-soluble emulsion, styrene, polyvinyl chloride, phenolic resin, silicone oil, grease, and additives. These components collectively contribute to the performance and effectiveness of demolding agent rubber, ensuring its application efficacy and safety across various processes. 1. Demolding performance (lubricity). Forms a uniform film and ensures dimensional accuracy for complex-shaped molded products.

For example, depending on the complexity of the casting and on-site conditions, the dilution ratio can be flexibly adjusted. Generally, the more complex the casting, the lower the dilution ratio.

The main components of demolding agent rubber include paraffin, stearic acid, vegetable oil, co-emulsifiers, and potassium hydroxide, produced through heating, melting, and emulsification processes. Its characteristics include operational safety, minimal environmental pollution, low harm to human health, excellent demolding effects, and biodegradability.

When using demolding agent rubber, it is recommended to dilute it with tap water and stir, determining the appropriate dilution ratio based on the complexity of the casting and on-site conditions. For complex castings, it is advisable to spray a uniform layer of diluted solution onto the mold after each demolding to ensure easy demolding for the next pouring.
