Silicone Mold Release Agent

Silicone Mold Release Agent: Primarily compounded from imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. It is odorless, non-polluting, and leaves the product surface smooth and even without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of the finished product. Easy to release without damaging the mold, it is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. It can be diluted 3-10 times with water. Suitable for anti-adhesion treatment on various cement product mold surfaces, ensuring easy release without mold damage. Also used for anti-adhesion and isolation treatment on石膏 mold surfaces, magnesium oxide product mold surface treatment, lime product mold surface treatment, and other water-diluted or water-mixed product surface treatments. It offers excellent demolding effects and release isolation properties. With low comprehensive cost, it leaves no蜂窩孔, no grease, is colorless and non-yellowing, and has no刺激性氣味.

Usage Method of Silicone Mold Release Agent:

Spray or brush directly onto the surface of the item to be demolded. The recommended dilution ratio is 3-10 times, with the specific amount adjusted according to the product system.

Performance Characteristics of Silicone Mold Release Agent:

It is resistant to acid, alkali, and hard water, highly water-soluble, and has a stable emulsion. It can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, breaking emulsion, or clumping. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility. Applied in demolding for industries such as aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, hardware, and plastics, it gives the demolded products a tactile, smooth, wear-resistant, and anti-adhesive surface.

Precautions for Using Silicone Mold Release Agent:
1. Dilute with water (dilution ratio 3-10 times as appropriate), and mix evenly. The dilution ratio can be adjusted based on現(xiàn)場(chǎng)需求, and diluted solution should be used up as much as possible in one go.
2. Apply with a spray gun or roller brush. Allow the model coated with the release agent to dry completely before pouring concrete.
3. Clean the template or model surface before application.
4. Store at room temperature, protect from freezing and sunlight, and ensure the container is sealed after opening.
5. Avoid construction during rain. If washed by rain immediately after application, reapply before proceeding.
