Rubber magnets are flexible, elastic, and twistable magnets produced by compounding bonded ferrite powder with synthetic rubber through processes such as extrusion molding, calendering, and injection molding. They can be processed into strips, rolls, sheets, and various complex shapes. Rubber magnets consist of magnetic powder (SrO6Fe2O3), polyethylene (CPE), and other additives (EBSO, DOP), manufactured via extrusion and calendering. Rubber magnetic materials can be isotropic or anisotropic, made from ferrite magnetic powder, CPE, and certain trace elements, allowing them to bend, twist, and roll. They can be used without further machining or trimmed to desired dimensions. Rubber magnets can also be laminated with PVC, backed with adhesive, or coated with UV varnish according to customer requirements. Their magnetic energy product ranges from 0.60 to 1.60 MGOe.

Applications of Rubber Magnetic Materials: Refrigerators, information display racks, fasteners for securing objects to metal surfaces for advertising purposes, magnetic sheets for toys, teaching instruments, switches, and sensors. They are primarily used in industries such as micro-special motors, refrigerators, sterilizers, kitchen cabinets, toys, stationery, and advertising.
