SBC120 Polyethylene Polypropylene (Polyester) Fiber Root-Resistant Composite Waterproofing Membrane (Polymer Composite Waterproofing Membrane, hereinafter referred to as composite membrane) is a new type of waterproof and anti-seepage material with a completely new structure, versatile applications, and excellent comprehensive technical performance. It is developed based on thorough research of existing waterproof and anti-seepage membranes, incorporating new technologies and advanced manufacturing equipment to meet the modern engineering requirements for waterproof and anti-seepage materials.

I. Product Features

The composite membrane boasts excellent comprehensive performance, including strong anti-seepage capability, high tensile strength, good low-temperature flexibility, low linear expansion coefficient, easy bonding, non-toxicity, strong deformation adaptability, wide temperature adaptability range, and long service life (over 20 years).

The upper and lower surfaces of the membrane are rough, with non-woven fibers forming an irregular cross structure, creating a three-dimensional mesh. It bonds effectively with various adhesives. When bonding with a cement base, cement adhesive can be used. The cement adhesive penetrates directly into the mesh holes on the surface of the waterproof membrane, curing with the cement to form an integral bond, ensuring strong and permanent adhesion.

II. Product Application Range

The composite membrane is suitable not only for waterproofing, anti-seepage, and moisture prevention in civil building roofs and underground structures but also for waterproofing projects in metallurgy, chemical industry, water conservancy, environmental protection, mining, and other fields.

III. Membrane Laying Requirements:

The overlap width for composite membrane construction: longitudinal seams should not be less than 100mm, transverse seams should be 120mm, and adjacent transverse seams should be staggered by more than 1 meter. Construction of various nodes on roofs and underground structures should comply with design requirements. The composite membrane should bond firmly with the leveling layer and at membrane joints, with adhesive applied continuously and evenly.

Completed roof and underground waterproofing projects must be free from leakage and water accumulation.

IV. Product Specifications:

Product width: 1.15m, 1.2m. Product length: 87m, 100m. One roll can cover 100㎡, 115㎡, or 120㎡. Product colors: gray, green, white, pink, red, etc., and can be customized according to customer requirements.
