At a specific temperature (depending on the materials used, some require heating, some require cooling), raw materials are added. Through the rotation of the rotor, different speeds and speed ratios are used to create shear and pressure on the materials, thereby breaking the molecular chains of the materials. Under the conditions of the plasticizing temperature, the raw materials are mixed to achieve the purpose of mixing, allowing various additives and masterbatch to be fully mixed, ensuring uniform distribution of all components.

1. Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or plasticized under sealed, pressurized, and temperature-controlled conditions, resulting in high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent quality, no environmental pollution, and convenient material change, color change, and cleaning;


2. The mixing chamber, rotor, upper plunger, and other components adopt a jacketed structure, allowing the introduction of media such as steam, thermal oil, or water for heating or cooling to meet various rubber (plastic) mixing process requirements, ensuring excellent and stable processed material quality;


3. The spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs are reasonably designed to provide better kneading effects for the materials. 4. Materials are loaded from the rear door (or side) of the machine frame, and the mixing chamber tilts forward 140° for discharge, facilitating both the connection of upstream and downstream processes in the production line and the observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotor;


5. The joint between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the machine frame adopts an arc plate groove labyrinth compression sealing structure, effectively sealing dust. The rotor end face uses a contact external pressure-type lubrication-free sealing structure, which is wear-resistant and durable;


6. The tilting mechanism adopts an enveloping worm gear pair (TOP) with high transmission efficiency and large load capacity, enabling discharge without stopping the machine, eliminating frequent motor starts, and significantly extending its service life;


7. The electrical control system uses a PLC device, providing comprehensive and reliable automatic control monitoring, alarm functions, and necessary interlock protection functions;


8. The 110L internal mixer is equipped with a segmented mixing and plasticizing timing system, automatic alarm system, dust collection system, and electrical control system, effectively ensuring workshop safety and improving production efficiency.
