Through two or more melting processes, high-quality ingots for processing materials are produced. The company employs a 2000-ton free forging hydraulic press, a 3500-ton free forging hydraulic press, a 750 kg air hammer, natural gas heating furnaces, resistance heating furnaces, lathes, sawing machines, and other equipment to complete processes such as ingot breaking, intermediate forging, finished product forging, and finished product rolling. This results in titanium bars with smooth surfaces, uniform chemical composition, and stable mechanical properties.
