The new regulations impose higher requirements on designated pig slaughterhouses, among which "having facilities for the harmless treatment of diseased livestock and poultry and their products" has become a necessary condition for slaughtering enterprises. Based on the current situation of the domestic slaughtering industry, our company has developed specialized equipment for the harmless treatment of diseased livestock and poultry in slaughterhouses, providing services and technical support to domestic slaughtering enterprises.

2. Wet Rendering Principle:

Using high-pressure saturated steam that directly contacts the animal carcass tissue, when the steam encounters the carcass and condenses into water, it releases a large amount of thermal energy, which can melt fat and coagulate protein. At the same time, pathogens are completely eliminated through high temperature and high pressure.

The wet rendering machine is equipment that uses the wet rendering principle to sterilize and process the carcasses or diseased parts of animals through high temperature and high pressure. The animal carcasses processed by the wet rendering machine can be refined into industrial oil, while the other residues produced can be used as plant fertilizer.
