1. Each business outlet has its own LED display screen to show promotional information and release real-time updates, which plays a significant role in promoting services and is an indispensable hardware device. 2. However, for a long time, due to the scattered geographical locations of the outlets, frequent data updates, and the heavy workload of the computer center maintenance staff, the accuracy of information could not be guaranteed. To solve this problem, we developed this software. The application system development and construction should be based on real-time data, using the network and operating software to control the LED screens of each outlet and branch from the central control room computer center. Based on the different permissions of operators, it allows modification, addition, and updating of the content on the branch screens, with instant data refresh. 3. Each business outlet cannot control the display of the LED screens, which achieves unified management and data consistency across all outlets, reducing workload and minimizing errors in operations. 4. Multi-level user management and release approval system: Different users have different permissions, including information query, information editing, information approval, and scheduled sending. After a complete program schedule is arranged, it must be reviewed by an administrator with approval authority. Once approved, the program can be assigned to the terminal for playback. 5. Multi-level LED device management: Terminal display screens are divided into different groups for easier maintenance. Functions mainly include adding group information and querying under various conditions. 6. Comprehensive logs: Including playback logs, file upload logs, data update logs, etc. 7. The information management platform allows centralized scheduling, release, playback, and monitoring. It truly achieves centralized control of operations and maintenance, greatly reducing manual labor and improving work efficiency. 8. Improved supervision mechanism: When LED information is updated, relevant management personnel can be automatically notified. 9. Features: Supports multiple asynchronous LED control manufacturers such as Yangbang, Shizhan, Grayscale, and other control systems. Existing LED control cards do not need to be replaced.
