It undergoes a neutralization reaction with free formaldehyde, producing a stable and irreversible resin-like solid. The reaction equation is: -NH? + HCHO ——> -N = CH? + H?O. This reaction is not limited to liquid phases but also applies to solid and gas phases, addressing formaldehyde issues at the source without releasing volatiles or causing secondary pollution.
Product Effectiveness:

Coatings containing iHeir-F01 can absorb and decompose formaldehyde in the air, improving air quality and reducing the irritating odors caused by formaldehyde by at least 80-90% (QB/T 2761-2006; GB/T 18204.2-2014). When sprayed on surfaces such as boards, wood, fabrics, or paper, it can reduce formaldehyde emissions by up to 90%.
Usage Method:

It can be used as a formaldehyde capturing agent in the air or sprayed directly onto surfaces like boards, wood, fabrics, or paper. For boards, apply it to both sides and edges after purchase, sanding, and before painting, allowing it to air-dry for 24 hours. For finished wooden products without paint, spray directly on all surfaces. If the surface is already painted, apply to unpainted areas such as the interior, bottom, top, or back.
